Ingredients:
- 2-1/2 lb. salmon filet
- 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. grainy mustard
- Parsley for garnish
Directions:
- Pat salmon dry.
- Mix sugar, salt, pepper and pat onto salmon.
- Mix maple syrup, butter and grainy mustard and pour over salmon.
- Bake in 400-degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
