Ingredients:

  • 2-1/2 lb. salmon filet
  • 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. grainy mustard
  • Parsley for garnish

Directions:

  1. Pat salmon dry.
  2. Mix sugar, salt, pepper and pat onto salmon.
  3. Mix maple syrup, butter and grainy mustard and pour over salmon.
  4. Bake in 400-degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley.
